FERNANDO GONZÁLEZ GORTÁZAR MUSEUM OF MODERN ART, MEXICO CITY

The Museum of Modern Art presents an exhibi- tion where theoretical reflection, understanding in the review of the work, the representation of the look, touch and move, through inquiry and questioning through forms and structures.


Fernando Gonzalez Gortázar is one of the greatest representatives of public sculpture in Mexico, Spain, Belguim, Hungary and Argentina. He graduated from the School of Architecture at the University of Guadalajara in 1966. Notable awards include: The Henry Moore Award in 1989, the America Award in Architecture in 2009 and the National Award for the Arts in 2012.
